We travel a lot and have been disappointed with hotels advertised as a 4 or 5 star and find out they are a 2 or 3 star at best.This motel and staff does not disappoint. Excellent comfort rating . Excellent cleanliness. Good price . We will book Hyatt House going forward and hope they all have the same standards and conditions as this one in the Naperville / Warren Illinois area. Bobby J

Room was nice. Comfortable and all the amenities. Hyatt Place had no food as kitchen staff had called in. Front counter employee, Robert, made us food on his own as the kitchen at Hyatt house had limited options and my husband and I traveled with no dinner hoping to eat at the hotel. Robert saved the night!

A spacious room with two bedrooms, two individual bathrooms, and a cozy living room. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was spotless; the furniture might not be the latest model, but it was immaculate. I travel with two cats, and they were welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were constantly refilling it before it emptied.

Love the staff, especially Shasta who was very helpful and friendly, the location and the room Im was comfortable and clean. I loved that I could do my laundry too. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was really nice too. I slept great.

Everything was great from start to finish. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel is in a grwta location and plenty to do on the area.
